" Des and I just wanted to say a huge thank you for a really enjoyable evening last Saturday. I had carried on to Des about how great a night it would be – it was all that and more.
 
I hope, Pierre, that I didn’t blunt your knife too much! Seriously – now I know why my knives always go blunt very quickly. That was just one very valuable thing I learned on Saturday night. Now I’m scraping everything off the chopping board with the flat back of the knife!
