Amande Bed and Breakfast

Relax on your own private patio; enjoy a glass of one of McLaren Vale fine wines whilst watching the leaves turn with the seasons. In the early evening enjoy the uninterrupted view of the sunset over the surrounding vineyards.

We went there with a lot of expectations because of the great reviews on the Amande web page - and we have not been disappointed. Everything was perfect.

Thank you very much for a perfect weekend. The bed was comfortable, the room gorgeous and the brekkie provisions were delicious. We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful place, so peaceful. Breakfast was fabulous and the warm fresh bread was a real treat. We will be back for another visit.

The cottage is absolutely lovely, cosy and very romantic. We could not get through all of the wonderful breakfast supplies. We will definitely be back for a longer stay and for another opportunity to explore the area, gorgeous wineries and local produce. We will miss the serenity and beauty of Amande when back in noisy Sydney.

Thank you for such a wonderful and peaceful night away. To spend our 20th wedding anniversary in such a beautiful place (kid free) was a real treat. Breakfast was delicious; the homemade bread was a pleasant surprise. 15 minutes from home but miles away from our busy lives.

From McLaren Vale	From the City of Adelaide
Travel along Anzac Highway towards the coast until you see signs at the intersection with Main South Road (A13) pointing to Noarlunga and the Fleurieu Peninsula . Follow this road for 30km until you come to a Y junction. The A13 veers left towards Victor Harbour/McLaren Vale, take this road and continue passed the sign for McLaren Vale township. Continue a few kilometres until you come to passing lanes, you will see a sign for Communication Road. Turn right on to Communication Road, then first left on California Road. We are the first house on the right at the bottom of the hill. It is a green roofed sandstone building with ample parking. The entrance is on the left of the house.	Amande Bed and Breakfast is south west of McLaren Vale just off the road to Willunga. Take Main Rd. out of McLaren Vale towards Willunga. After passing the Salopian Inn on your left, and Penny's Hill Winery on your right take the next right on to Malpas Rd. in the direction of Fox Creek Winery. Once you pass Fox Creek Winery you will come to the junction of Malpas Rd. and California Rd. , take a right here and we are the first house on the left. It is a green roofed sandstone building with ample parking.
